New roll of Polycarbonate won't stick well to any sheet.
Hey!
Lately i purchased a new roll of PC blend. The first roll was just perfect back than. With this new roll its stepped forward to a new chaotic level.
I tried everything, recalibrated the printer, cleaned all the sheets with everything, played with temp, but this new roll of PC just popp up from the bed almost every time. I tried with the original textured plate, when i use glue, the first layer wont even stick to the sheet. With smooth pei its "almost" good but if i print more than one thing, one of the object will come off mid print. I dried the filament too, so i'm a little pointless at this moment. Changed the nozzle too. Yep i print in enclosure.
Every other filament works like chamr!
Some idea?
Thanks guys!

if you've printed with that vendor/type before and it worked, maybe you got a bad batch?

@ssill2
There's a chance for that too. : /

I think you've tried everything that everyone on here would suggest. Given you've printed with it before just fine, I'd be suspecting that particular spool. I'd definitely be interested in opinions of more experienced printers than myself though.

You said PC blend to me that means prusament, you can check the batch info on the website. I'm wondering in the back of my mind if your bed is getting up to temp?, my normal PC Blend experience is " I wonder how hard it's going to be to remove the part this time 🤔 " as for suggestions have you tried maybe printing on top of blue tape just as an experiment to see how it bonds? or kapton, no glue,,,,.. it's got to be a heat issue in my mind. also just because your display says it, that doesn't necessarily make it so.
Good Luck, that's all I can think of at this time.

Yep, i thought about bed temp. Its really 110C'. I have a litte leftover from the first PC and its stick like hell.
Its a damn interesting problem.
