Inquiry: Print Sheet
ENGLISH:
I bought the MK3S printer on November 23, 2023, and I’ve been using the PEI sheet ever since.
But even though I calibrate the Z-axis correctly, I’m having trouble getting the objects I print to stick.
Yesterday I bought another PEI sheet from a guy: “Adhesive sheet for heated bed from fysetc.com.”
He told me to clean the heated bed and stick the sheet there, but when I bought the printer, I also bought another textured sheet.
Can I keep using it if I put the PEI sheet on top?
Can I use other sheets, like tempered glass ones?
Should I just throw the PEI sheet away?
Can anyone help me?
You can't remove the sticker from the official PEI sheet, or if you can, I don't know how to do it.
I’ve thought about throwing away the original PEI sheet, buying a new PEI sheet, and sticking the stick sheet on top of that.
I’m hoping for a reply.

Compré la impresora MK3S el 23 de noviembre de 2023 y llevo usando la lámina de PEI desde entonces.
Pero, aunque realizo la calibración del eje Z correctamente, tengo problemas para que los objetos que imprimo se adhieran.
Ayer le compré otra lámina PEI a un chico: «Lámina adhesiva para cama caliente de fysetc.com».
Me dijo que limpiara la cama caliente y pegara allí la lámina, pero cuando compré la impresora, también compré otra lámina texturizada.
¿Puedo seguir usándola si pongo la lámina PEI encima?
La lamina PEI oficial no se le puede quitar el stick, o si se puede no se como se hace.
¿Puedo usar otras láminas, como las de vidrio templado?
La lamina PEI , es mejor que la tire a un contenedor?
¿Alguien me puede ayudar?
He pensado tirar la lamina PEI original comprar una lamina PEI y pegar el stick encima.

You can remove the original PEI layer from the plate with a solvent (alcohol) and a scrapper but it’s a messy tiresome task. Really difficult to remove well the rests of adhesive from the bare metal. I wouldn’t advice it unless you have the patience of Job.About sticking the PEI sheet that you purchased on top of your textured plate, I guess you can do that without much trouble but I never heard of that, I mean, PEI sheets are designed to be glued on top of smooth metal and no to a textured surface. Anyway, probably it will work, although the final surface won’t be perfectly smooth because there’s a textured surface underneath. Of course you’ll have to recalibrate the Z-offset after adding the PEI sheet.
Glass plates won’t work on a MK3.The printer uses an inductive probe that detects metal in order to set the Z offset. You need a printing plate with a metal core.

Se puede quitar la lámina de PEI de la placa original con una espátula y alcohol o acetona, pero es una tarea sucia y pesada. Es muy difícil quitar del todo los restos de pegamento del metal. No lo aconsejo, a menos que tengas una paciencia de Job.
Pegar la lámina que has comprado encima de la placa Prusa texturada no es complicado imagino, aunque nunca lo había oído antes. Estas láminas están pensadas para pegarse sobre metal liso. Probablemente funcionaría aunque la superficie no sería totalmente lisa, ya que debajo tendría la lámina texturada. Desde luego tendrías que recalibrar el Z-offset de la primera capa después de pegar la hoja de PEI.
Las placas de vidrio no funcionan en la MK3. La impresora lleva una sonda inductiva que sólo detecta metal, por tanto necesita sí o sí una placa de impresión con núcleo metálico.
