Prusa Mini+ Failing Initial Testing (XYZ Axis)
Video for reference:
Before the first test, the Z axis was stationed at the top. Now, however, it is stuck at the bottom and does not go up - after it attempted the first set up where it was testing common assembly faults. The X and Y axis testing was okay in the first attempt, however, since the Z axis test fail, all axis' are failing the tests - as nothing can move due to it being 'stuck' at its lowest possible point (even below the heatbed). The Z axis part was also resting on top of the heatbed (applying pressure to it as it was that low), so I pushed the heatbed out of the way with a bit of a push to avoid it being damaged.
Cheers

check here https://help.prusa3d.com/en/guide/2-yz-axis-assembly_196824 at step 47, I think Your Z axis is assembled in the wrong position.

the bed level sensor reads the rod instead of the plate.
Turn off the printer, manually raise up the z axis until mid of its vertical range and retry.

How do I raise the z axis? Sorry, very new to this, first machine and only had for a day.

RE: Prusa Mini+ Failing Initial Testing (XYZ Axis)
switch off the printer then turn the z axis leadscrew by hand, this will move up or down the z carriage

No success, same issue. Pulled it up about halfway, testing for x and y were successful, but the z proceeded to continue down until it was the same as what's shown in the video.

Thank you Turro, ended up going back through the booklet and noticed that it was attached exactly to the bump - leaving it out of line. Problem solved!
