I am having the same problem. The person who originally posted the video said they had the nylon filament in the hole with the belt. I moved mine but I'm still having the same issue.

Hi,
the MK3.5 does not involve the dismount of the X axes motors, but requires re-cabling the connection to the new motherboard. So I would exclude mechanical problems. I would address on false contact / swapped wires between the X motor cable and the adapter that goes to the motherboard.
It could help if you do a video of your issue.
