Unwanted random seams

Hello! I am printing a single-wall thickness part and have set seams to be "aligned".  I am happy with the results minus one thing - layers 36 to 57 have an extra seam on the perimeter as shown in the red oval.  I've adjusted various settings but have not been able to rid this seam.  What is causing this extra seam and how can I eliminate it?  A zip of my 3mf file is attached.  Thanks!

First of all thank you for atatching a copy of your project file without being asked 🙂  Much appreciated.

The 'simplest' way is to switch to Classic slicing engine and enable Detect Thin walls so it picks up the thin geometry.

The less simpler way is to just use seam painting to get your seams where you want them.  Although there seems to be something in the geo that is making the path planner prefer seams on that edge.  If you move ALL the seams there by painting that edge inside then you end up with a single seam.  You can experiment with the seam painting.  Just set the brush small.  Like so-

Thank you - this worked for me! 

To summarize - the unwanted random seams were eliminated by using classic slicing engine + detect thin walls + seam painting.

Not quite, just changing to classic/detect thin walls with no seam painting moved all the seams to one edge for me.  

I only used the seam painting to control the placement when using the Arachne slicing algorithm.   

In general Detect thin walls can lead to unexpected problems/slicing as its not actually a very good process.  Historically there have been many problems with it so I tend not to enable it.
