Overture ASA test cube -- trying to tune for printing
I am trying to figure out the best settings for printing Overture ASA with my i3 Mk3s+. Not quite sure what's going on here. I'm preheating and printing a draft shield and don't appear to have any warpage at the base. Actually, the first layer looks pretty good as near as I can tell. I am also printing in an enclosure. I'm in Arizona so it's pretty dry here -- I don't think it's a moisture issue. This is with a .4mm nozzle. Here's what I'm getting:
I am using the settings for Prusament ASA with the following changes:
Cooling fans are off.
Perimeters: 4
Infill 100%
Fill pattern Rectilinear
Max print speed 50 mm/s
Nozzle: 260/260
Bed: 105/110
Not sure where to start tweaking?
