If that the PTFE tubing from the hotend? I would guess if it is not inserted all the way.

Hello and welcome to the Prusaforum!
You have to make sure that all transitions are seamless in the hotends area. Otherwise the filament can spread out at the gaps and get stuck when unloading.
In the Prusaslicer you can also experiment with loading/unloading speeds and paths. The ramming parameters also have an influence on the tip of the filament.
