Prusa Slicer 2.7.X Sovol SV04 Dual Mode Issues

I am experiencing two issues with the 2.7.X (2.7.0 to 2.7.3) Prusa Slicer versions for Sovol SVo4. First, on 2.7.0, the skirt around my ellipse shaped model is almost correct, going horizontal at the lowest section of the ellipse. On 2.7.1 - 2.7.3, the skirt and brim are printing based on what appears to be an incorrect origin and size (see photo). The second issue is that the model is sliced so that it is being printed in horizontal sections, with alternating sections at + or - 45 degrees from vertical (again, see photo). The imported .obj file was created using Fusion 360.

Is anyone else seeing this, and does anyone have a suggestion on how the issues can be resolved?

Followup: After repeated tests using the Fusion timeline, I was able to discover that the horizontal sectioning occurs after the use of the Fusion "canvas" feature, which allows the import of a 2D image, which can then be traced and the closed image can then be extruded. The sectioning starts before the image is traced. I also tried slicing the model in Cura, which prints correctly with no sectioning. However, without the "paint" function of the Prusa Slicer, I can't see any way to get the color assignments I need using Cura. I also looked at Orca Slicer and Slic3R, but can't see a way to make this work with them either. Any suggestions appreciated.

perhaps adding a copy of your .3mf project file would help us see what the problem is.

Please save the project file then zip compress it, and attach the zip file to your next print,

I've done additional experimenting with this print, and it appears that use of the Fusion Insert command for canvas, decal, and svg file all lead to the horizontal sectioning. The insert svg did work correctly one time, but was not repeatable. Here is the updated  screenshot of the sliced model, the .3mf zip file is attached as requested:

Seems your only issue is that you haven't placed the model flat onto the platter. Once you do it looks fine.

Trying BaconFase's suggestion did not work for me. The sliced model still "sectioned" as before even when rotated 90 degrees and then set flat to the base. I have since done work on a couple of different models, and found in general that the the problem seems to be related to scaling. The latest project I am working on was sectioned at the initial 100% size. I wanted to print a smaller version, and by luck tried slicing at 45% scale, and found that sliced gcode was free of sectioning. I then did a test of each scale from 24% up (minimum usable size for this model) to see where sectioning started, and found it was it was at 25%. From there , all of the sliced models had sectioning except for scales of 28,29,33,36,40,41,45,58 and 69%. The slicing at all the scale values were repeatable.

I have included screenshots of the sliced model in increasing scale value order at scale values of 44%, 45%, 46%, 98% and 100% so you can get a feel for what is occurring. As you can observe, the 45% sliced model is the only one in this group not to display "sectioning".

I have also attached the .3mf file used to generate these sliced models. If anyone can confirm these results or is able to successfully slice the "sectioned" scale value models, I would love to hear from you. Any insights as to the cause and fix for this would be greatly appreciated.
