Help with wall thickness

Hello guys! I have a problem that I don't know how to resolve. I am printing one model on classic perimetr generator, external perimeter wall is set up on 0.4 mm but the outcome is more thicker like 0.8mm. I cant print it on arachne mod or detect thin walls because the slicer messing up the model but it print the thickness that I need. I don't know what to change to print thinner wall....thank you for your help. Here are the photos of how it should look like the result and mine print. I am printing on prusa mini nozzle 0.4 and I am beginner

RE:

Did you try the settings I left for you in your last post?

Also the images your showing looks pretty clean, if you need smaller features it would be advisable to use a smaller nozzle, a 0.3 nozzle perhaps.

I printed this with the settings I left for you in your last post and it printed ok on my MK3 with the Arachne and a 0.4 nozzle, not perfect but usable for sure. It at least looks as good as the one in your first photo. But a smaller nozzle is the only way to achieve better results.

BTW, I should have mentioned this, the information that @neophyl gave you in the last post was Valid, I was just trying to help you in the best way I could, with the current disclosed Hardware configuration, there is no magic software formula to change this. The arachne perimeter gen was your best bet with the nozzle size your using. If this isn't working for you, It's time to change your hardware configuration, meaning use a smaller nozzle.

The standard nozzle is 0.4mm diameter, the filament is pressurised as it melts and expands as it extrudes. Your 0.4mm wall is less than the standard extrusion width of 0.45mm, you are trying to print a wall thinner than your standard setup can easily manage - OK, there are settings you can change but strength and quality will suffer.

Your simplest alternative is to switch to a smaller nozzle ...  or redesign with a thicker wall.

Cheerio,

I am sorry, I haven't see your photo. I will try it. Yes @neophyl gave me very good advice but created another problem. If I have to printed on arachne mod only to achieve thin walls why it messing the walls of the model? some lines are even missing. And it is not usable if there missing lines so the final result will be bad when I will using it with polymer clay. Mouth of this bear is melted together even on arachne mod
