Scale Dimensions of an Object, but keep the Thickness

Hi,
I'm new in the Prusa Family, so sry if that's something stupid to ask and if I'm only blind and can't see the right option.

I want to scale the dimensions of an object, but keep the thickness of the 2mm walls. Is there any way to do this?

Thanks a lot 🙂

Hi,

Quite easy. On the bottom right of the slicer you have the % of scale on each axis. Unlock the locker and change X and Y but keep Z unchanged

RE:

Doing this is more a case of using CAD to modify the model if you want it done properly.

You could hack around it by scaling it to the size you want and then use xy compensation to make the perimeters grow/shrink by a a set amount.  That would probably work but the xy compensation value would be a trial and error thing.

Edit - Aru that wont work as the walls thickness will change and the original poster requested the walls thickness to be 2mm , not a problem with the height.
