Layer shifting issue when printing multiple object in a single bed

I have been having this issue for a while. My Prusa XL 2T can only print a single object without having any issues. Whenever i tried to print a few objects in a single print, there are always layer shifting.

These images are a few of the objects printed in the same bed. You can see a few

This is the object printed alone.

I have re-calibrated the printer self test, re-squared the gantry, re-tension the belt using the prusa belt tuner app. Nothing seems to work

The filament used is ESUN PETG-CF which was dried before printing at 65°C for 8 Hours, and printed straight out of the dryer.

I'm having this same issue. I'm printing a mini dice tower and when I print it alone it prints just fine but when I fill the bed with 6 of them there's the slightest layer shift around 80 layers in.

When did your issue start happening? Have you tried anything to resolve the issue?

Plate cleanliness is especially important when multiple objects are imposed.  You have multiple chances of poor adhesion leading to warp, head-crash and layer shift.

Cheerio,

RE:

turn on crash detection. I have to run with this all the time because I print almost exclusively with PC-CF which tends to blob.  Side note, you need to dry your filament, that can also cause blobbing which leads to crashing.

Now if only Prusa would actually give us crash detection back for MK4... I can only print small things on that because I can't trust it not to fail.
