Different nozzle size for multitool Prusa XL
I have a Prusa XL 2T. I recently bought a 0.6 mm ObXidian Nextruder nozzle and installed it on the first toolhead. The second toolhead is still using the original 0.4 mm brass nozzle.
Does anybody know how to set up different extrusion widths for each tool? I updated PrusaSlicer to the latest version (2.9.5), but I believe it only allows a single extrusion width setting for all tools.

Open up the profile for the 0.6mm printer. Editi it, set extruder 2 to 0.4mm and save.
I've been doing this for years no problems.
Though I do find breakaway supports a struggle with this setup.

That would mean the second extruder is extruding at a 0.68mm width then. Would it affect the print quality since it’s extruding much more than the recommended extrusion width?

Did you check out https://help.prusa3d.com/article/experimental-printing-with-different-nozzle-diameters_821176 ?
I haven't tried different nozzle sizes with my XL5TH myself so can't speak from experience. But from that article it seems you can set up automatic extrusion width calculation in the slicer.
