Filament select MMU2

There are two problems I have with the filament select when printing in single-filament mode:

1) It requires an action from me, but does not make a noise indicating that I have to interact with it. It would be nice if this changed in the future

2) It requires that I get up and walk to the printer, which is only a few feet away, to select the desired filament and press the button to activate the selection. It would be a lot easier on me if I could select the filament in slic3r. Not everyone is able to stand up without any pain, and for me, the act of standing is an exercise in pain management. I have sometimes sat for half an hour trying to work up to withstanding the pain; meanwhile, nothing is printing. Have mercy on those of us who have physical issues, and let us select the filament at slicing time.

Use the full color profiles instead of the single color. Then just assign an extruder to the object like you do with multi-filament prints. It works just fine and doesn't require you to get up and go to the printer.
