How kan I solve this imperfections? I did some research and know that they are named blobs or zits, I am using Cura 2.6.2 for my g codes.
(I am new to this forum and to 3d printing)

This looks like it might be caused by where the printer starts and stops the perimeters. Try turning on z seam alignment or try the Prusa Slic3r. Personally I think the default settings for the Prusa are better in the Prusa Slic3r compared to Cura, but thats just my opinion.

The 'Z seam alignment' makes an ugly line in my print. I know that this is caused where the printer starts and stops the perimeter. I will try Prusa Slic3r.

On the left is a printed part form cura and the middle and right one are from Prusa Slic3r.
- The middle printed part with 2 perimeters and internal perimeters first
- The right printed part wih 3 perimeters and external perimeters first, also on this printed part you can see blobs on the bottom part.

Are there more options in Prus Slic3r that affect that 'z beam' ?
what options are helping for the blops on the bottom part ?

Yes.

Print Settings -> Layers and perimeters -> Advanced -> Seam position

Options are: Random, Nearest, Aligned, Rear
