It looks like you aren't using bridge detection; it looks like you are printing hotter than you should; you might have a belt or two that is on the loose side (the LCD belt tension numbers are useless, ignore them); and the perimeter offset at the gunnel is usually printing perimeters too fast.  

It's hard to tell, but the layer height looks a bit larger than I've seen.  What does the Benchy printed from the included gcode look like?

Hi Tim, thanks for your reply.
I have searched PrusaSlicer2 for an option: Bridge detection, but I could not find it..? I checked the belts and and tighten one a little bit. The Benchy from the G-Code was bether in term of perimeters offset but had a lot of stringing.

I will adjust the temperatur and print speed and wait for the result.

Ps: You`re right, White Benchy is 0.2mm and the Prusa one is 0.15mm

You should try slowing down the print speed for external perimeters to 20 mm/s or less as a test.

As a reference, these are the Benchy I printed some time ago ... the gcode straight off the SD card.  Notice it also has that step at the gunnel.  So it isn't "unexpected" behavior.  But it can be cleaned up with adjustments to print settings.

And also thank you for your photos off your Benchy. It seems almost normal that there is a step at the gunnel.

I remember noticing something similar on my benchy printed from the Prusa supplied gcode. I don't remember if it was an actual step, or a noticeable change in the texture. On mine the change seemed to be coincident with the deck, and when asking the guys over at Printed Solid it was their opinion that it is an artifact of the printing technology with the sudden change of what is being printed just on the other side of those perimeters (i.e. from going from an open infill to solid horizontal layers).

Slic3r has a setting that changes print speeds to maintain a cooling period between layers.  And speed change accounts for a lot of the step changes in wall appearance.  Good chance that's what's happening on the Benchy.

I lowered the speed and enabled the bridge detection. The step got smaller but its still there. I will play a little bit with the settings. Thank you all for your help.

The cooling setting mentioned above is very important, and you can see if it is having any effect by viewing the speed reported in slicer.
