Prusa Slicer disappearing part

Dear Experts,

I make all my cutters with a 4mm deep and 0.5mm thick cutting edge. Here i have a set that uses the cloud shape in the prusaslicer to take away the cutting edge before slicing. What could be the reason for this?

See attachment please.

Thank you in advance

Philipp

You might get better advice when posting your zipped project file from Slicer but I'd start with "detect thin walls". https://help.prusa3d.com/article/layers-and-perimeters_1748#detect-thin-walls

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.

You need to zip it.

That's not PrusaSlicer cutting the edge. Your file does not contain the edge, probably something went wrong exporting the mesh from wherever you designed that.
This is how your file looks after importing it in Fusion360:

Capriciousness of freecad. You do the same thing 3 times and the third time it suddenly doesn't work. Now the exact same process has brought the desired result. Thank you for your time and please excuse the waste of it.
