Print get's knocked off the bed near the end

Hi,
I am printing a lampshade. The first one printed perfect with just a skirt and no adhesion. Printing time was 19h20

The next time I printed exact the same file, but when I got up the next Moring the print was knocked of the bed and I was printing spaghetti.

I slices the same shade again, but now added a Brim. The print went well, but 2 hours before it was done I heard it scraping and when I looked I just saw the shade getting tilted by the hot end. On the picture you actually can see where it hits the print. The printer is just assembled by me and I have had some good prints, but also some fails and I think it is because off the same issue.

Can anyone tell what I need to do to correct this?

failed print

That is a tall model for a small contact patch

what is your first layer like?

you need the best first layer possible.

I thoroughly wash my build plate with Dishsoap and hot water and rinse well with hot water then Dry Immediately with Paper towels
and then don't touch the build surface with your hands,

I also use 7x7 mesh bed levelling, and Jeff Jordan's "Life Adjust 'Z' My Way"
https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3s-mk3-assembly-and-first-prints-troubleshooting/life-adjust-z-my-way/
to set up the best first layer that I can achieve  (the test patch should come off the build plate as a single sheet of plastic, with all rows of filament firmly bonded to adjacent rows.)

For PLA Prints I use 70C on the bed for additional adhesion.

I hope this information helps you

@joantabb

ok, thank you. I will try the things you said and downloaded the Z calibration files. My plate was clean tho, but since start I was not to sure about the z calibration. I use a bedtemp off 50c, so will up that to 70 and see what happens. I will keep let you know when I tried this. Might take me till tomorrow, but will get back t you.

Thanks for now
