Stringing is common with different filaments. Much of it depends on the temperature and print settings to eliminate or minimize. You have to calibrate the temperature that you print at for the particular filament and your printer. There are different print towers that you can use to find the best settings for your filament. Moisture can cause issues and depending on the filament, you may have to print from a dry box. I would say, where you live, I would always print with a dry box. I live in a normally dry area but some filaments I have to print with a dry box since they will absorb enough moisture to ruin the later part of the print.
I prefer Activated Alumina over silicone beads as it can capture more moisture and you don't have to be so careful with drying it. It is easy to make a dry box for feeding filament. it is the desiccant that you use that can make it more complicated. Good luck.
How are you drying it and for how long?
The stringing is slight at the start but gets progressively worse - this suggests one or both of:
The filament was wet all through and dried for too little time so the inner layers of the spool remains damp.
The atmosphere was so humid that the filament absorbed water faster than it was printed and so became increasingly moist.
