Unscrew this bolt in right side of printer without taking everything apart.
I'd like to unscrew this bolt without taking everything apart and reassembling them. Is it possible?

I just assembled my printer today. My guess is that you would need to slide the x-axis up from the top, in order to reach that screw. And to do that, you would need to take off the extruder whose wires block you from sliding the x-axis up ...

Yes, I just really don't want to do it. Assembling was very boring.

Well, I'm afraid unless you can find an allen key or screwdriver that can reach in there you'll have to take some of the printer apart. It's quite a common thing to have to do with these types of printers.
As kayke said, you need to loosen up the Extruder assemble, remove the two Z-Axis top pieces and hand wind the X-Frame up to the top by turning both Z screws together.
