Prusa Slicer non-print moves speed displays wrong or produces wrong gcode

If I turn on the speed display (View: Speed; Show: Travel) in Prusa Slicer, long distance non-print moves are displayed as 80 mm/s, which is the setting for infill; not 180 mm/s, which is the setting for non-print moves.  If I change the infill speed setting to 180 mm/s, it displays as 180 mm/s.  So the question is, is the setting just being displayed wrong, or is the gcode being produced wrong?

Go to github and file the bug. If it is a bug, it will be good to get it recorded.

Be sure to provide a test case that shows the problem.
