MKS3+ First layer failing to come out or coming out choppy

My printer started this issue where the first layer is coming out choppy/ with gaps looks like it fails to push the filament the first layer but not sure, this has started happening since the last firmware release recently 3.10.1-4697 I think, I tried already:

- Using a cleaning filament to clean the way to the nozzle (came out clean)

- Calibrated the first layer (comes out as seen on the screenshot)

- Tried slower speeds for first layer and nothing

- Tried every temperature variation from 210C to 220C (the result is the same even worse after 216C with loads of stringing)

- Removed the nozzle cleared the passage with a 2mm drill bit (and yes very carefully but no luck)

The filament on the picture is a PLA+ which I have used before and had no issues.

I am struggling for days now trying to print basically anything, please help 😓
