MK3S+ keeps asking for my language preference
I have just finished assembling a brand new MK3S+. When switched on the LCD screen keeps asking for my language preference and will not get any further. When I switch on it comes up with “Original Prusa i3 Prusa Research” then askes for my language, I select English. The fan starts then the fan stops and it comes back to ask for my language preference again. I have followed the Factory Reset procedure; it did not help. Yes, I have Flashed the Firmware; it did not help.
My Canadian distributer says that they have never seen this problem.
Help please?

Someone else posted with this issue a week or so ago. It turned out that when they thought they were selecting their language they were pressing the reset button (the button with the X) instead of pressing the round knob. Are you pressing the round knob?
If you are doing that correctly, I would suggest that you contact customer support. Go to the e-shop and look for the chat in the lower right corner. It can take a few seconds for the chat to appear.
