PLA printing gone funny...
Hello,
Have only had my printer a week and today I turned over the steel sheet and printed on the back and this has happened.
What do you think is the problem?

Do I have to do a Z calibration after tipping it over?
Puzzled Rob...
ps having a great time with it though.

Hi Rob,
are you using a 0.4mm nozzle? (Standard fitting)
are you using 7x7 mesh bed levelling? If not please turn it on using the LCD Menu,
are you using Prusa Slicer? if so, which profile are you using?
did this file print better on the other side?
was there a problem on the other side
What did you use to do your first layer calibration (Live Z)? if you don't already use it I suggest that you try 'Life Adjust "Z" My way'
https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3s-mk3-assembly-and-first-prints-troubleshooting/life-adjust-z-my-way/
there are three test files for use with the 0.4mm nozzle, at the bottom of the first post.
How do you clean your Build plate?
I wash mine Vigorously with hot water and a tiny bit of dish soap, rinse well, and keep my fingers away from the build surface, handling the build plate by the edges
I Dry immediately with plain paper towels
For PLA I don't use any other surface treatment,
for PETG and TPU you can use windex or one of many other options to reduce the surfce adhesion
I try to make safe suggestions,You should understand the context and ensure you are happy that they are safe before attempting to apply my suggestions, what you do, is YOUR responsibility. Location Halifax UK

And your layer one quality is looking a bit messy. You might want to read up on how to set Live-Z to get a cleaner layer one. There's a longish thread "Jeff's Life Z" or some such you can search for (yes, the thread is misspelled).
It might be this thread:

Will report back on weekend.
Thanks a lot

Thanks for that. Problem solved and now I get it.
I did up a square in Fusion 360 as you showed and did four of them around the build plate. By the time I finished printing them it was sorted out.
Thanks so much for helping.

My next puzzle is better PETG non adhesion. Will try using even more of the Windex stuff.
