Nozzle clogs during print

I have had a problem for a while were the printer cloggs after 10 minutes with the prusa pla. I have tried drypulls and nothing works. The drypull does reveal a odd shape and the printer makes sort of a tickibg noise. I have checked the tube inside the hotend and it is not deformed or anything and now i do not know what to do. https://goo.gl/photos/pBRKMjP9p7RJFVDX9 at the link are photos and a vide. It is ment to describe the sound and that the print startet acting up with lots of lumps.

Re: Nozzle clogs during print

Very difficult to diagnose with your description, but two things to check:

1) Tension on the idler screws that hold the filament against the stepper gear. If too tight, they cut into the filament and start to slip. Too loose, and they don't grab. The clicking sound is what happens if it is too tight. Might want to loosen those screws a bit.

2) What temperature are you running at?

3) If it is a clog - e.g. if your filament is very dusty - you might want to consider a filament filter. (Basically run the filament through a foam sponge before it goes into the printer. That keeps the dust from accumulating in the print head.

Good luck.

Re: Nozzle clogs during print

is your coldend fan running properly ?
without it your filament would melt inside the heatbreak, which will cause the described effects.
