Underextrusion lines on outer walls

I’ve been running into under‑extrusion issues on my print surfaces. The printer is an Original Prusa MINI from 2019, and it has generally been very reliable. I recently updated to the Input Shaper firmware, but I’m not entirely sure whether the problem started before or after that update.

To rule things out, I reprinted an older file that previously came out perfectly. The first print looked fine, but when I printed it again, it showed some under‑extrusion lines. Less noticeable than the Input Shaper print, but still there. The orange print is from before, and the blue one is after.

So far, I’ve replaced the nozzle, the entire hotend assembly, and both extruder gears, but the issue is still there.

RE: Underextrusion lines on outer walls

you can open up Prusa Slicer and load the gcode file (old one) and it should populate settings, you can then compare what was changed over the time.
Save current project as is, then go to Menu File > Import > Import Config and then see the differences.
I suspect increased retraction or some weird input shaper settings.

See my GitHub and printables.com for some 3d stuff that you may like.
