Has anyone done a tolerance test?

I've been doing a bunch of design while waiting for my Mini, but I could really use to know what tolerance margins to expect with a stock Mini. I was wondering if anyone who has printed a tolerance test could share their results.

My test showed a necessary clearance of at least 0.15mm.

same here. I printed Maker'sMuse fidget-spinner tolerance test and after dropping it once onto the .15mm side, everything that should move moved. So .20 was slightly stuck, .15 was a bit fused, everything else was loose from the start.

Would be interesting if a test had been done that measures X, Y, Z height compared to design for various Prusa Printers.  Inside Diameter and Outside diameter of a hole/circle would be interesting.  Done with a series of materials like PLA (Obviously), PETG, ABS, and many others.

I made a 2 part spool, and forgot to give it clearance between the 2 parts.

They snapped to together fine on one print, would not fit on the next. I would agree with around a .1mm tolerance, but I have not yet ran a test. I have used a .25mm nozzle with amazing accuracy, I would say better than .1mm.
