Lost sales to Norway (voec)

I just want to suggest Prusa register here:
https://www.skatteetaten.no/en/business-and-organisation/vat-and-duties/vat/foreign/e-commerce-voec/

this would probably increase sales to norway for materials and spare parts.
I ordered my stuff today from elsewhere because of the extra handling fees for vat that would not be needed if you were registered in voec

I was wrong, you have registered which is great.

However I'm a bit confused about the shipping costs:
Molex connector (Heater cartridge, heatbed, PSU)In stock €2.36
DHL Economy Select2-4 days €19.60

Seems a bit high for such a small part and no vat handling?

DHL is the issue.  I have always had issues when dealing with DHL and I am in Canada.

As soon as a courier service gets involved, then expect strange fees to show up, usually a fixed service fee plus others.  I am used to that when ordering from outside the country.
