Problem with Y axis coordinates - purge line position

Hello everyone.

For few weeks now I am working with my three Prusa Mini printers. In one of them, I have a problem with the positioning of the purge line. It seems that this line is located higher on the Y-axis comparing to the other ones. Therefore, the working area is much smaller than in the other printers. What could be the reason for this?
Both printers pass the self-test without any problem.

Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards

I don't know if it is the photo angle but it seems the bed position in the first one is forward compared to the one in the second photo.

Try to manually push both at front limit and measure the distance from the structure (injection molded plate)  and the printing bed. If They are the same check the beginning of the gcode, check for the G0 Y-2.0 X179 F2400 prior to intro line.

Of course if the distance above is not the same You have to find out what is not properly assembled

@turro75

Thanks for your reply. It turned out that the whole X/Z axis was moved backwards so it was physically impossible to reach that position. I changed it and now it is good.
Thanks again.

RE: Problem with Y axis coordinates - purge line position

I have a simiilar problem, but my purge line is printing off the front edge.  The X/Z axis is currently as far back as it can go.  Everything else seems to be properly assembled.  Is there anything I should look for to fix this?
