Repeating Pattern On Inner Layers

I'm printing with clear Prusament PETG and I can clearly see a repeating pattern, especially on inner layers. I'm using 100% rectilinear infill and monotonic top fill. Any idea why this is? Otherwise it seem to be printing well, but there is some warping, which may or may not be related to this issue. Prusa Slicer 2.3.0 and Mini Firmware 4.3.1.

RE: Repeating Pattern On Inner Layers

I'm assuming that's the underside of the print, correct?

Do you get the same pattern if you print a larger square 0.2mm thick consisting of a single layer? Are the layers even as they go down when viewed from the top? Have you tried using the Monotonic solid infill pattern?

I've done a lot of printing with transparent (translucent) PETG and with multiple layers of solid infill, there's usually some patterning. Adjusting extrusion widths can change it up some.

Not sure why it's so evenly patterned, but those moves will involve both X&Y, so I wouldn't expect a single motor or pulley to be a cause. Does slowing the speed down make any difference?

@bobstro

Here is a view through the part. The patterns appear to be on all layers.

Here are the infill settings. The middle layers do not have Monotonic as a choice. Monotonic is use on the top and bottom layers.
