i think my printer is having heat creep please help

Hi, my prusa mini is having trouble printing because every time i try to print it stops in the middle but continues to print. I have tried watching videos and everything that i could find but its still not working maybe i could get on a video call and get some live help trying to fix it but printing is a newfound hobby of mine and i would appreciate it thanks.

P.S. please comment as soon as possible

Don't know what you mean it stops but continues to print. Do you mean the print head stops moving but filament gets extruded? Sounds like some mechanical blockage, or maybe slipping belts but seems unusual to have that on both axes.

I'd get on the chat with Prusa Support. They're 24 x 7. Go to shop.prusa3d.com, log into your account (or create one), then click the Chat button in the lower right corner.

Maybe some of information on this page will help you:

https://www.reddit.com/r/prusa3d/comments/l3jgpa/guaranteed_fix_for_your_prusa_minis_extrusion/

Heat creeps and bad PTFE inserts are a common cause of clogging. The fault can also be found in the extruder drive.

also take a look at these sites: https://www.help.prusa3d.com/en/article/clogged-nozzle-hotend-mini_112011

good luck!
