Spare parts strategy?

Hi,

Got a brand new MK4 a few weeks ago. It makes the job. Î’m really happy with it.

Then I have to think about close future. Changing parts that will need to.

As the nextruder adpator is not available what shoul I do? Wait? Buy a new one piece nozzle for 30€?

Then for whom has a good feed back with these machines is there any other spare part to recommand having on the shelf at home?

thank you!

For me a sock was first.   Then a thermister.  From my experience thermisters tend to go out the most.  Then a heater element, alternate nozzle sizes as desired.  I also have a spare aluminum hot end.   At that point more spare parts for a hobby machine doesn't seem worth it for me.

I decided to use the new 1 piece nozzles.  Why?  No hot torquing needed.   With the v6 adapter you still must re-torque the nozzle when hot according to the instructions.  I think this is to assure no leaking.   Working on a hot hotend is something I want to avoid from now on.   The one piece nozzle is tightend at room temp.
