PS 2.3.0 takes about a minute to launch
Hi, I have been using PS 2.3.0 Windows 10 since it became available. Usually it launched very quickly in a few seconds but for the past two days, it takes about a minute to launch. I keep getting "Preparing setting tab" during launch. What is that? How can I speed it up like before?

I have noticed the delay in launching. You get used to it.

Turn off the CHECK FOR UPDATES feature.
