RE: PrusaSlicer 2.5.0 final release is out!
Hello, thanks for the advice
Now the jerking starts at first layer 😀

Really odd
can you export the Slicer plate, as an STL.
then close prusa slicer.
re open prusa slicer,
re load the file you exported in the action above,
then slice it using totally standard settings to see if the printer begins jerking at the first layer?

A bit late to this party…
Fixing STL errors is ALWAYS a good idea—though I doubt it's the culprit here.
One thing I'd try is to switch to a different infill pattern. 13.2mm is about where you start laying the main infill down. Stars is a pattern with intercrossing lines per layer, which can lead to pileups at the intersection points, in particular with a bit of overextrusion, which then in turn can lead to flow issues (and extruder blockage). For that reason, I prefer gyroid or adaptive cubic, and more recently lightning infill. I'd also try to take the extrusion multiplier down a tad. Most models will print fine with grids, stars, etc. (and of course, this may well be one of them and the problem is caused by something else) but I've seen enough issues myself to stay away from them.
Orientation: If there are other reasons to print this way, sure. Otherwise, I second towlerg's suggestion to flip it around. Yes,—as pointed out by neophyl—there is a step in the mounting holes, but I'd simply add a one-layer-high sacrificial support surface over the hexes at 15.35 mm (after flipping) that can be easily punched out, and no more supports or bridging.
