Change orientation / direction of support?

I have a rather high model to print. The support is created 90° to the Y axis. When I turn the model for 90°, the support still is 90° to the Y axis. This will wobble badly again. Is there a way to change the support direction? I found nothing sadly.

The first print:

When I turn the object in the slicer, the support is still in the problematic direction:

I will print it now and hope for the best. But it concerns me to start a 30 hour print like that...

I have heard PrusaSlicer wants to deliver tree support by the way... cough cough

Can I somehow turn the support?

RE:

Look for "Pattern angle" in support option.

Put a value like 45° and see how it come

also, if you want to make the support stronger, try the option "with sheat around the support"

I'm not an expert. Ma parlo anche italiano 😉

You don't need tree support, you just need to reinforce your supports, because our default slicer setting (for saving material and time) is "rectilinear", so basically all you need to do is to switch to "rectilinear GRID" or "honeycomb".
