Prusa slicer generates me a lot of tiny gaps
Hello, I use a prusa mini+ with latest fw. I also use the last prusaslicer version with the STRUCTURAL default profile
When I slice a part, I often get a lot of tiny gaps on some perimeters that show in the printed part:
I tried many different settings and I still get a lot of those tiny gaps
Any idea on how to fix this issue ?
Thanks

The gaps in the slice preview are rendering artefacts. Thats normal for anything. The gaps aren't usually there when printed though as the filament extruded is calculated to fill those gaps. I don't get such on my Mk3 on actual prints but the slice will look like that.
The gaps in your actual print could be many things, like a badly calibrated extruder or even that the printer is out of square. The print looks awful. Also looks like your perimeters aren't bonding together properly. What size nozzle are you using and is it a stock mini or has it had any replacement parts ? You should be looking at physical printer issues for your problem and not software ones.
RE:
I printed some gcode made for prusa mini (including a print tower for example, see pictures 2 and 3 below) and the print quality is very good imo.
The gaps that I get are where the gaps are showing on prusaslicer, on picture 1) the right triangle is perfectly printer, only the left triangle is badly printed

It's a stock mini+ with 0.4mm nozzle

Cant tell anything from those pics. The white prints are out of focus and not showing any details. White is the worst colour for trying to show print details. Also can you please attach them to the posts using Add Media so we can actually see them on the forum without off site linking. Many people wont risk clicking on links that that.
Search the mini specific forums too as there have been posts that have prints with gaps like yours and the issues have always been down to physical issues with the printer setup. For example https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/assembly-and-first-prints-troubleshooting/gaps-on-top-layer-infill-and-perimeter/ or https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/assembly-and-first-prints-troubleshooting/line-spacing-too-much/
Although one thing to rule out slicer wise is to change the slicing method from Arachne back to Classic and try a test print sliced with that. I still think you have under extrusion issues though. Common problem with bowden based printers.

Ok thanks for the tips and the links, I will have a look. I will also print the same part with another roll/color PLA to see if it makes a difference.
What is the best part to print to check for underextrusion ? a simple 20mm cube ?
