Perimeter Speed...Did I just find a bug?
I am busy with Pressure Advance, see topic: https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/prints-troubleshooting/cube-with-pointy-corners-petg/#post-795316
But I think I ran into a bug.
When I make ONE (1) square to test, 3 perimeters, it will automatically make a very slow inside perimeter, while the settings are much higher, see first pic, left up is speed legenda:
I could not solve it... And tried also bigger squares.
Now when I add a second square, (box without bottom, infill of top), suddenly the inner perimeter does go to higher speed.
I have not changed any other setting:
Attached my 3mu file.

No, not a bug. Its a setting that catches a LOT of people out. Under Filaments>Cooling>Cooling Thresholds>Slow down if layer time is below.
If you adjust that value you will see it effects the speed. With both squares active the layer time is high enough that its all the same speed. Make the small square active and disable the large one and you get the effect. If you alter that setting to say 3 seconds you will see it goes away.
In the 'old' days the speed would be the same on the whole layer so it was more obvious what was happening, however now since they introduced the different Cooling slowdown logics (consistent surface/uniform cooling) that also effects the speeds. Try the various options and speed combo's and you will figure out how it works.
Personally on all my filament profiles I generally set the value to a couple of seconds and I don't want it slowing down, except in specific cases where I will tweak things.

Ahhhhh I see... wow ... I have not thought about it. Thanks a lot Neophyl!
