Multimonitor bug in PrusaSlicer
I cannot drag it up into the upper monitor. So I rearranged the monitors, and if I configured it so the monitor was left, right, or below, I could drag it. But then, I went back to second-monitor-above, and it worked. I find this weird. The machine booted with the second monitor above the first.
RE: Multimonitor bug in PrusaSlicer
If you want to report a bug you need to do it at the proper place. That is https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues for Prusa Slicer related issues.
If you search the github repository you will see there are already many multi monitor related ones so please check if yours is a duplicate.
RE: Multimonitor bug in PrusaSlicer
I just checked on my end on a couple different systems and it worked fine. One set had 2 different resolutions so it stalled out half way up but I could just pick it up and finish dragging and maximizing the window. Have you tried the usual for checking for updated drivers and such? (yes I know it could be considered a stupid question, but I would make sure its all updated on your end).
If it continues, you can submit a ticket via the github here, and also include as much info on your PC as you can.

Are you using a Mac?
RE: Multimonitor bug in PrusaSlicer
For good measure, I just tested this on my Mac running 12.4 with no issues at all!
I was even surprised that the window automatically resizes to take the same amount of real-estate on either screen e.g. the PS window maximised on one screen (not using full-screen mode) will remain as a maximised window when moved to my other screen.
Cheers,
Tim
