filament blocked always at 39 cm

Hello. For some time, during the printing of my prusa MK3, the temperature drops and my filament becomes blocked.

This always happens at 39cm. It's on all my impressions that's why I think it comes from the slicer. Thank you for your help.

RE:

It's more likely that you have a short in a wire or a loose connection, and it occurs around 39cm.

I've seen it happen that folks that weren't very good with the slicer software have inadvertently added commands that could also cause such a thing.

How do you print something 39cm high on a mk3 ? That’s way more than the max z height.

Excuse me 39mm....

The temperature probe is new, the heating resistance is new. I don't think it's a cable. But I don't see where to look in Prusa Slicer

Does it happen with anything you're trying to print? It feels more hardware related (wie issue as swiss_cheese) suggested but if it's in prusaslicer the first place I would check is in Printer Settings>Custom Gcode and see if there's anything different than the default.

Hello. Yes it does that on everything I print over 39 mm. I also changed the motherboard of the prusa that was dead. I checked that all the cables are properly connected. But everything is good. I would look in the Gcode.Thank you

If it's repeatedly positional in the Z direction that suggests that something is pulled open circuit at that position.

Check the cables in the e-axis wire bundle, one may have work-hardened and cracked the conductor within the insulation so that it opens at that flexure.

Cheerio,
