Compensate underextrusion using slicer

Dear all,

I am using Prusa slicer v2.7.2. On Ender-3 I observe the following underextrusion where seam is located. I have reduced it a bit using "Seam position: Rear", but it is still far from ideal.

Linear advance is off, retract is off (see filament custom G-code).

Can anything else be made, except slowing down the print speed? Thanks for any hint in advance!

This looks like an retraction issue to me. Did you print sucessfully (without this issue) with your settings/printer combination before?

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.
Find out why this is pinned in the general section!
