Can't install PrusaSlicer 2.9.5 in Windows 11

Hello,

When installing Prusaslicer 2.9.5 under Windows 11, the installer tells me that PrusaSlicer is running and that the installer can't run properly. However I have checked with Windows process manager and there's no PrusaSlicer running. What's wrong?
