Flaw in the firmware - Z travel is allowed to go beond physical capabilityes of the Z axis

Hi I constantly run into this problem. If I finish a print, and it's big, so the bed is very low in the chamber. and I decide to do a filament changes, first the bed goes down when I unload the filament, - then when I load the filament again, the bed goes future down. What happens in this situation, that the bed goes down to the bottom, and the Z motors skip steps, as it is trying to move lower than it physically can. This ruins the Z levelling, and I have to run z level calibration manually to recover.I had a very long print fail on me today when it was almost done, and the bed was really low, and the filament ran out and I needed to change the  filament,  And doing so, the bed ran into the bottom and the motors skipped steps, and after loading the filament and I tried to resume, the bed moved up and the print crashed into the printhead and jammed, and the print failed as I had to reset the printer so it would try to move the printhead while it was buried into the print.

This indeed seems like a bug. Best recourse is to file a bug report here: https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware-Buddy/issues
