Spoolholder-Panel on the left side ?
Hi there, does anybondy know, if it is possible to build the Kit with the "spoolholder-panel" on the left side ?
(the swingarm etc has to be swapped than too )

Anything is Possible. You’d have to relocate the swing arm, PTFE tubing, and electrical wiring, as well as re-engineer how they all converge at the top of the Nextruder. Hopefully, Prusa will make that an option in future models.

It's not easily possible right now. The print head is not symmetric. It uses more space on the right than on the left. The left panel is smaller than right one and they can't be swapped.

TL; DR: No

As highlighted below, this is the main issue. Even if you don't mind the spool sticking out a little more, it's then figuring out how to get the filament into the chamber from the left side - unless you have a longer PTFE and route it around the back and to the right side.....it'll be a long run, but would be interested to see if it worked! lol

Do you know what makes me a little angry? There is already a thread here on this topic where this problem is discussed, but then there is a person who, without trying to find anything, prefers to start a new thread on the same topic. And then everyone is surprised that they can't find anything here. And other participants in the discussion start answering instead of referring the person to the right thread. And the moderators are also silent....

Just drill a hole into panel for PTFE tube. Design mirrored handle (or wait for release of printed parts). And that's it.
I guess you don't even need to swap the swing arm. PTFE tube does not have to be attached to cables. Maybe just one attachment in the middle would be enough so it's not moving inside too wildly.

Hmm, as I'm inspecting it, it would be more tricky. It would also need mirrored filament sensor case because the bottom is angled. And drilled hole in the XY gantry for PTFE tube.

I solved it: Left Side Panel Filament Mod for Core One
