MK4S with MMU -> Core One with MMU manual
Is there a projected timeline when an instruction conversion manual may be available? I have purchased the MK4S -> Core One conversion kit so I have a long time to wait for the kit to arrive so I'm hoping by then that there will be a solution. I am wondering if I will have to revert my machine back to it's prior setup before the MMU3 and if so how easy that will be to successfully complete. Any feedback would be great.

I would wait for the moment, and when you disassemble the MK4s as part of the conversion, then remove the MMU3 components and revert back to stock - its really just the idler door latch and Nextruder filament sensor (magnet/spring/ball). The extruder plate can be left as the MMU3 version to be fair.
Personally I think we'll hear something RE the MMU3 compatibility with the Core One very soon anyways. Personally I may just leave my MK4s as my MMU machine and run my Core One as a single colour.....

I am in this same situation. I received my conversion kit, and would like to see a manual/guide from Prusa on how to do the conversion with mmu3.

I just finished the conversion ( with the "blob" mmu3 conversion kit)
You just do the instructed conversion from mk4s to core one, and you keep the print head as-is with all the mmu3 filament sensor changes you made in the past. You can leave the top cover off, and the electronics and cable cover open for now. What I did now was do all the callibration and testing without any mmu. (Tricking the filament sensor test by pinching the tension screws with the springs, on top of the print head)
Only after passing all tests and callibratons with the bare core one, I continued with adding the mmu following the instuctions for the "mmu3 mk4s to mmu3 for core one conversion kit"
Doing it in these two separate steps makes it easier to identify any potential problems
