RE: Filtration Kit.....

35C ish with PLA and around 40C for PETG, it's about borderline for what works for me usually but Summer here is just getting started.

I don't get, why the chamber fans won't spin at all. They're restricting the airflow for the filter fan, which has to spin a bit faster.

For PLA, you want the highest airflow possible, so basically setting a limit for chamber and filtration fans and run them at that maximum.

Btw, I'm thinking about designing some kind of duct from the filter box to the front intake for higher temperature filaments, to get better filtration, without too much cooling. No idea how bad it would look though..

I'm not sure I agree unless you have big overhangs.  I find PLA prints better and warps less printed in a hotter chamber.  I know PLA doesn't warp that much but on big parts it still does.

I guess in my experience and I print quite a bit because it's for business, I've not ran into a situation yet where printing inside a closed enclosure for pla has caused any issues.  I'd be interested to hear from someone who has experienced issues other than what I mentioned above which is a steep overhang.  Being an engineer and a designer I generally don't design my parts with big overhangs because it's just poor practice and the finished part never looks as good.  Essentially I design my parts without overhangs.

I completely agree and I set the max chamber temperature to 35°C, when my parts don't have critical overhangs.

My post was taking the default 40% limit and 20°C for PLA as the starting point, from which it doesn't make much sense, in my opinion.

RE: Filtration Kit.....

Hello, I can't find the Assembly manuals for the CORE One Filtration System.  Forget how easy can be to guess how install it, I wonder if PRUSA is shipping the kit without publishing the proper installation manual or it is somewhere in the site.

I see only the manuals for the filtration system of the Mini enclosure box.

It's in the maintenance section for the Core One (no idea why), next to the guides for belt tension and nozzle swap:

Yeah I'm mostly just disappointed as to the lack of explanation as to how it functions. I thought there'd be more details closer to shipping time.

But they just tell you how to install it and that's it.

I do still need it here and there because of where my printer is, but something a bit more easily removable or modular would have been better if it's going to be a full replacement for the case fans.

There are details in 6.3.1 firmware release notes on GitHub from 2nd of April. Which is not very convenient place. They should put int somewhere on the web.
