Having issues tuning
I had to work on my extruder and now I am not getting very good results when printing. I printed 3DBenchy and while the front side isn't that great, the back is absolutely horrible. Any ideas why this is happening and how to fix it? I thought it was related to the belts but I had done the manual tuning multiple times and it doesn't seem to make much difference.

I modified the image and reuploaded it

Blimey...check the 2 thumb screws holding the nozzle. Should be tight enough so that the nozzle cant move up/down or rotate.

Thanks for the reply. Those are firmly set.

Ooof. What filament is this? Is it TPU by any chance? If not, what nozzle are you using and what is it set for? Example are you using a regular flow nozzle but slicing for high flow (HF) by any chance?
RE: Having issues tuning
Thats so bad it screams something mechanical is loose.
RE: Having issues tuning
I don't know what it could be though. Everything feels nice and tight. Nothing on the print head is rattling. Going to try printing it in different locations on the print bed to see if it makes a difference.
RE: Having issues tuning
When you say 'I had to work on my extruder'...exactly what was the reason and what did you do?
RE: Having issues tuning
It was really loose. I could shake the entire print head back and forth. I took it apart and got down to where the spacers connected to the part that was on the rail and tightened those and put everything back together.

Anyway, you aren't making it easy for us to help. Need to tell us what filament you are using and what settings you are using with that filament. Save your project file, zip it and attach it here.
Also, I believe you mentioned in a different post that you had sent the printer to PrintedSolid for repair and since receiving it back you are running into this issue? I would contact them and ask for help.
RE: Having issues tuning
Maybe a video of printing like the picture could help identify the cause.

0.6 nozzle fitted and slicing for 0.4 ?
It's that bad it just screams mechanical to me.

Or slicing for 0.6 with a 0.4 fitted or slicing for the wrong filament type. Or printing really wet TPU or Nylon...
RE: Having issues tuning
So this is weird. I was thinking about hyiger's comment about it being mechanical so I printed 5 benchies, one at each corner and one in the center. They all printed perfectly (this is using a different filament). So then I printed the single benchy again using the same filament I was having problems with and it printed just fine. I wonder if having the gantry going back and forth all the time knocked into alignment so it could print again? Trying some other prints now.
