need help to print SIMPLE cone shape but keep failing using MK4 and PLA

Hi all, i have been trying to build a small wind turbine using the ticker cad from Robert Murray Smith foind at this link https://www.tinkercad.com/things/1dTrfWXzIZt

I have fail 4 times, the shape looks easy enough but I keep getting jerking when trying to creat the side walls, I 've tried switching to vase mode and adding support and I have had to terminate after a few mins. Any thoughts please post below.
