PrusaLink and PrusaConnect problems after firmware 6.0 upgrade

I have just upgraded my XL to the latest released version of firmware (6.0)

Following installation PrusaLink no longer works at all - I just get a screen showing N/A to all parameters, PrusaConnect partially works, it will show telemetry data from the printer and show the file it is printing with the graphic display and print time details but will not show any information about other files loaded on the USB drive. It just says "No files loaded yet" and every so often the Files tab becomes greyed out and I get a message that the printer is offline - which it clearly isn't because it continues to show and update the telemetry information!

The wifi details shown on the printer itself show that it has an IP address and that it is connected to my wifi network. The IP address is the one I'm using to try and connect PrusaLink.

Any ideas? Thanks!

About the same here!
Uploading files to the Prusa Connect Cloud works fine, but the download to the printer MK4 never ends ... it seems to be in an endless loop.  All controls of the printer work fine, but the download stalls.

I have to transfer the files via usb stick and then I can monitor the progress etc.

RE:

Hello

That seems very annoying! It appears that there may be a firmware update problem impacting PrusaLink and PrusaConnect. Have you attempted contacting Prusa support for help? They may be able to offer some solutions or troubleshooting procedures.

Regards

Update:

PrusaConnect suddenly started working properly, so suspect temporary internet/server glitch. However PrusaLink still didn't work BUT Brad Ryan on Facebook found that it would work on Edge browser and on Chrome in incognito mode. I didn't try Edge but it works in an incognito window in Chrome, so problem solved! Odd though, I expect it will be fixed properly in due course.

Same issue showed up for me on an Original MK4 after updating to firmware 6.0. Opening PrusaLink in Chrome does load the page but doesn't prompt for username/password, shows N/A for all values, and shows no storage contents. Clearing cookies and other site data didn't help, but it does work fine when accessed in an Incognito window.

So does anyone have any idea what the issue is and if it is going to be fixed?  same problem for me when I updated to 6.0.0.  finally found this thread and attempted to access prusa connect using Safari In Private browsing (similar to Chrome Incognito Window) and was able to finally connect.  Prior to that it always appears that my printer is offline.   Obviously something has changed but no idea what it is.  This is a decent work-around for now, but seems like it should "just work" as it did prior to the update...

Update: After updating my Chrome browser PrusaLink is working again without resorting to Incognito mode. I'm now on Chrome version 125.0.6422.142.

RE: PrusaLink and PrusaConnect problems after firmware 6.0 upgrade

Just ran into the same issue with 6.0.1 firmware (6.0.2 & 6.0.3 seemed to be enclosure and a related patch so I went with 6.0.1)

Fiddled around a bit and discovered a fix.

Click the ellipsis (...) in the upper right corner of Chrome to bring up the drop down menu

Click the greater than symbol > beside your profile name to bring up a sub menu

Select "Manage Chrome profiles"

Click the ellipsis on the top corner of the profile tile and select Edit.

Select "Reset settings"

I also found that it worked if I added a New Profile, but didn't want to have a bunch of profiles to switch between.
Seems to be an issue with a Profile cookie association or something that got messed up with the 6.0 generation of firmware.
