Input Shaping

It is for me not clear if the MK3.5 handle input shaping or not.

I follow the YouTube from Chris Basement. When I look to the result than the quality is perfect.

When I compare to the result with the result of Chris it look like it does not have input shaping.

Who know the answer

RE: Input Shaping

HI, for me it looks like the Mk3.5 have no IS. Because when I check the .gcode for Inputshaping the Value for F=0

M593 X T2 F0
M593 Y T2 F0

RE: Input Shaping

Oh yes is has. You could disable the input shaper in the menu and set it at "null" at both axis. You could hear and see the difference. I calibrated mine using the accelerometer which gave me extra quality and lesser ringing/ghosting. My x-axis gave me 35hz instead of the prusa standard value of 50hz, the y-axis was the same. I am using the lastest alpha2 firmware btw ;o)
