MMU2S loading wrong filament
The drum is off by 1. The head moves to the correct position but the drum load filament 2 if I select 1 and 3 if I select 2 etc. I've tried power cycling and reflashing but the drum is always off by 1

We have the same problem, now I am asking the support because neither reflashing the printer and MMU, soft reset and hard reset didn't help.

Checking our FINDA seems to be working correct.
Next step after sending a video of feeding the wrong filament was loosening the screws so that they are flush to the plastic part.
After loosening the screws it now works again. Telling the support, that it works again this was the reaction and the explanation of my problem:
"Great. When these screws are too tight, it can press too hard on the idler and it can't turn freely"
