MMU2s IR sensor
I could not get the MMU2s IR sensor to calibrate and eventually just went back to the MK3S sensor and it seems to work fine. Is there a reason not to do this? I'm wondering why the upgrade kit even had me replace anything but the top plate in the first place.

with the IR sensor you do not need to calibrate the bowden length anymore. IIRC the optical sensor isn't really active at all in the MMU2 setup.
